Welcome to my first blog with a real proper professional camera! Not my own purchase but borrowed from my (future) brother in law, its the Nikon D3300 digital SLR. I’m seriously thinking of investing in one of my own as you can defiantly see a huge different, it also kind of makes my posts seem a little more serious?! (Doesn’t make any sense!)
So anyway, as the title suggests this post is all about Espa! Inspired by some freebies off my best friend, who originally introduced to the brand many years ago or rather her mother, this ones for you Steph! 🙂
Espa Refining Skin Polish £27
This is the first of the samples given to me, Espa Refining skin polish. Espa have been renowned for their spa treatment skin care lines and always seemed to heavily scented so I was a little worried about trying this. This is a really gentle exfoliation cream and it really does cleanse and smooth! I know this is awful but I would rather have an exfoliation that is rough and feels like its doing something rather than a soft one. This skin polish really does leave your skin feeling bright and renewed!
It’s not cheap my any means but if your going invest in luxury skin care, this would be on my list of top products.
Espa 24 hour replenishing eye moisturiser £37
I’m undecided about this eye cream, it claims to ease dark circles and diminish fine lines. I used this daily for a week and didn’t really see much difference. (Sorry Steph!) I tend to put eye cream up around my eyebrows, working it all around the eye area and it to its credit it did leave my skin feeling incredibly soft but just not quite easing those dark circles. If you want something to works a treat I’d go for the Avon Anew Clinical Infinite Lift Dual Eye System. It’s also only a tenner at the moment!
Espa optimal Skin ProSerum £48
In all honesty, I had no clue what to do with this. When I opened the box my immediate reaction was ‘there’s not a cat in hells chance I’m putting an oil on my face!’ The website describes this ad revitalising nourishment for naturally beautiful skin! This actually goes on before your moisturiser, I gave it a go and I’m soooo glad I did! It smells incredible, it instantly reminded me of the way Steph’s parents bathroom smelt years ago! It’s packed full of Rose hip, white lupin, Rose and Patchouli essential oils and it really does feel like a luxury product! It instantly absorbed into my skin and left no oily trace whatsoever, my skin was so soft I probably wouldn’t have added a moisturiser over this. This truly is a product worth the price tag, a little goes a very long way and I’m now a advocate for this little beauty!
